Hello, my name is Ashleigh Barnden and I am a mother to two beautiful daughters, aged 2 years, and 8 months old. As well as raising my children, I am studying a Bachelor of Education (Primary & Middle) degree at the University of South Australia.

My areas of specialisation are English, and History and Geography and I look forward to bringing my creativity, passion and hunger for knowledge to the classroom and working with children to create a brighter future.

In my very limited spare time, I enjoy baking for my family, inventing new recipes, and reading. My personal library is constantly growing and I will never read enough books.

Introduction - Keelan Mackle

Hello, my name is Keelan Mackle and I am currently studying the Bachelor of Education Program at Unisa, Mawson Lakes. I have chosen to complete my two general study areas in Design & Technology (Home Economics) and Performing Arts (Drama). These two areas highly interest me and I know that I will need a solid understanding of english and literature in both contexts. As will the other subject areas that I will  teach in. I have chosen to complete this degree as I do not want to limit my options to primary school or high school, the prospect of teaching both is very exciting.

I enjoy music and music festivals, running, gym/athlectis, going to live theatre, experiencing new cafes and resturants and spending time with family and friends. I would also like to do some more travel in the next few years. I cannot wait to become a teacher and to place all the learning I have completed into practice.

Hello, my name is Michael Blasche and I am currently studying Bachelor of Primary and Middle Education (LBPM). The general study areas that I am focusing on, are Mathematics and Science. The reason that I have selected to teach Primary and Middle Education, is because really want to be able to make a positive impact on young learners in many different learning areas. Outside of my studies, I participate in sports, playing basketball quite frequently to keep fit and to catch up with friends.

Introduction- Stefan Roussos

Hello, my name is Stefan Roussos and I am currently studying Bachelor of Primary and Middle Education (LBPM). My general study areas are Health and Physical Education and Design and Technology (ICT), however I do hope to work as a classroom teacher in a primary school when I graduate because I enjoy working in other subject areas as well such as studies of Society and Environment, Science and English. My main hobby is keeping fit by going to the gym and participating in many sports such as football, soccer and tennis competitively and for fun with friends.
